In our sessions, we’ll work together to help you reach your goals—whether they’re personal, professional, or athletic.
✨ Free Discovery Call: We’ll start with a 20-minute call to explore your goals and determine if coaching is the right fit.
📚 Getting Started: After completing intake forms and signing the contract, we’ll hit the ground running! Each session begins by identifying what you want to achieve and how you’ll measure success by the end.
🏆 During Sessions: We’ll work together to move you toward your goals—whether they’re personal, professional, or athletic.
📝 Between Sessions: Growth happens outside of our sessions too! You’ll have action steps to keep you moving forward, and I’ll provide a brief accountability check-in (via text, DM, call, etc.), customized to your preferences.
⏰ Session Structure: We’ll typically meet weekly for 45-minute sessions, with most packages including 8-10 sessions. However, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs.
