  • I am located in Agoura Hills, right off of the 101 at the Reyes Adobe exit. I also see clients who live in California on telehealth.

  • I do offer online therapy sessions. I will send you a link through my HIPAA compliant practice software, Simple Practice. This video link is completely cofidential and allows audio, visual and even screen sharing features.

  • I absolutely offer in-person sessions - in fact, I prefer them!

  • While I primarily work with individuals and couples, I acknowledge the importance of family sessions, especially for practicing effective communication skills in real time. I offer these sessions when they can be beneficial, allowing my clients to make the final decision about having a family session and its focus.

  • I charge $200 for individual sessions and $225 for couples. I am only on one insurance panel that does not allow me to share publicly so please contact me and I can verify with you whether I take your insurance. I can also provide superbills for you to provide your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • Prior to our first session, you will be asked to fill out intake forms that allow you to explain in detail your mental health history and what brings you to therapy now. In the first session, we will review this information together. We will also make sure to identify your personal goals for therapy so that we can begin our work immediately and see results as soon as possible.

  • The duration of therapy depends on each individual and their own personal needs. From the first session we will discuss what therapy will look like for you personally and a tentative plan to move toward the end of therapy. I am a strong believer in empowering my clients to gain strength in self-advocacy and self care so that they can move from therapy and engage in life confidently.
